- The Government of Bermuda invites proposals for the construction of an Operators Lounge at the Dockyard Bus Depot. The project includes mobilization; construction of the main building and pump-room with associated electrical and plumbing; installation of a roof catchment system connected to a water tank and pump; ceiling installations; interior and exterior painting; relocation of an existing water tank and pump; installation of air conditioning systems and extractor fans; stainless steel bathroom partitions; grinder pump system for sewage; connection to WEDCO sewer and potable water systems; removal and disposal of the existing lounge building and pump room; and site cleanup and handover.
